Our Philosophy

  • You are not broken. You are human, and healing is possible.

  • Therapy should feel safe. We offer a non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and be heard.

  • Growth is personal. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.

  • Evidence matters. We use proven psychological methods while honoring your lived experience.

The Story Behind UPSIDEDOWN…

Most of the time, when people write about themselves, they focus on their experiences, achievements, and milestones. But I don’t want to do that. For me, what matters more is the reason I stepped into this field. I believe it’s more important to share the why behind my journey than to list what I’ve accomplished.
It all started after I lost someone very close to my heart.
One day, he was perfectly fine—making plans to start the gym, change his lifestyle, work on his goals—and the next day, he hanged himself. Just like that. No warning. No signs. No explanation.
That day changed everything for me.
It took me more than a year to come out of the trauma that followed. It was a kind of pain I had never experienced before. I had no one I could talk to, no one who could truly hear me, hold space for my grief, or share my emotional burden. I was drowning in silence.
And that’s when I decided: I have to understand the psychology behind this. I have to do something.
I wanted to help people who feel stuck in their trauma. People dealing with depression. People who don’t have anyone to talk to, or who carry silent pain inside them with no one to share it with. That day marked the beginning of this journey for me.
Since then, yes—I’ve completed courses, certifications, diplomas. But what truly fuels me is the desire to understand people more deeply. With every passing day, I feel that urge even stronger. Healing is a process of connection. Of learning from people’s stories. Of growing and healing with them, not just for them.
That’s exactly what I’m trying to do with Upside Down. It’s not just a venture—it’s a space to heal. A space for people who’ve suffered deeply, who’ve been through the unimaginable, and who are still struggling to find their voice.

I had the courage to speak—but many people don’t. And that’s why they stay silent, carrying stories that are too heavy to bear alone.
Upside Down is a platform where you can come as you are. Share your story. Connect with others. Learn how to heal, how to grow, and how to move beyond the fears and experiences that have haunted you for so long.
Let’s connect. Let’s create a community—a tribe of survivors, fighters, listeners, and healers. A space for mental strength, emotional honesty, and deep support. A place to grow together on this healing journey.
