Counseling Psychologist | Trauma-Informed Therapist | Mental Wellness Advocate
Certified Counseling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology and advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Trauma-Informed Care. She also holds a Certification in Clinical Psychology, equipping her with a strong foundation in both theory and practice.
Before entering the field of mental health, Shadma spent over a decade as an educator—an experience that deepened her understanding of human development, emotional resilience, and the power of compassionate communication. Her transition into psychology was driven by a desire to support individuals struggling with emotional and psychological challenges in a more direct and transformative way.
